Starting with this life, I believe we are truly blessed. Remembering to be grateful for all that you have is key to a happy and fulfilled life. This simple daily/weekly/monthly journal can give you and your thoughts a more positive and balanced daily mindset. From everyday needs such as food, water and shelter to our friends, family and the little moments that make up life, we have endless reasons to be grateful!!


1. Train and focus everyday thoughts on the positive stuff. Dreading going to work for another miserable and seemingly never ending 9-5 day? There are people who don’t have a job, maybe got laid off and live off welfare, struggling to pay bills and utilizing food stamps. In almost any situation, you can take a step back and reflect upon the bigger picture and see the positive instead of the negative.

2. Reflect and be reminded with all that we are blessed with. It’s much easier and fun to think about what you DO have than what you don’t have. Wishing you had a better car that with a stereo that works and brakes that don’t squeak? I have met people who don’t have a car and must rely on their own two feet or work their life around a bus schedule, it’s quite the luxury having a vehicle.

3. Daily/Weekly/Monthly commitment to work towards a more healthy and balanced daily mindset. If consistent, gratitude can work wonders for our daily mental well being and give you the opportunity to live a more happy and fulfilled life.
